Rules

1. Win by moving any piece onto their flag. You can't enter your own flag or their return arrow.
2. Hatched grey hexes are walls. Nothing walks through them or sees past them. Pale blue is water: you can shoot and see across it, but not walk through it.
3. Both sides plan in secret, then everything happens at once. Each unit moves up to 3 hexes.
4. Only units that don't move attack. Melee hits next door for 2. Ranged hits 2 away for 1 and needs a clear line. Walls block sight, water doesn't.
5. Bumps. Two units heading into the same hex, swapping, or walking into someone who stays all stop where they are. A bumped unit doesn't attack.
6. Decoy (3 hp) pulls every attack within 2 hexes onto itself. Scout (1 hp) sees 4 hexes away. Everyone else sees 2.
7. The dead come back at your return arrow 3 turns later, as a type you pick. No repeats until you've brought back all four types.
